Processing statistics: The system collects QR code data for each panel and tracks the start time, end time, total processing duration, and loading/unloading intervals, facilitating employee performance management.
Processed and pending files are clearly distinguished on the display, allowing operators to easily check for any missed panels.
Multi-axis CNC system with multi-channel technology: The machine pre-scans multiple pending panels while processing the current panel, lining them up to reduce scanning time. Simultaneously, unloading and processing are controlled via multichannel technology, allowing the gripper to quickly return to the loading position for the next panel as soon as the previous one is released.
Network-realized remote services for machine updates and backups. Bus communication technology provides detailed alarm information and seamless integration with MES system alarm interfaces.
