Introduction to the Equipment Configuration of the Intelligent Manufacturing Flexible Production Line for Panel Furniture
Focusing on the large-scale production of customized panel furniture, we, at HOLD, have analyzed the production processes and launched the following products: storage equipment, CNC cutting workstation, edge banding workstation, drilling workstation, sorting workstation, and automatic packaging equipment. By integrating these workstations with HOLD's independently developed central control MES system, we link them together to form a complete flexible production line configuration solution for panel furniture, empowering furniture companies to establish efficient production lines.
Edge Banding Workstation

To meet customer process and capacity requirements, the edge banding unit has been adjusted as follows:

① Four-sided edge banding can be completed using two sets of double machines connected in series, or by one set of double machines plus a rotating unit.

② Meets Requirements for Different Edge Banding Materials:

⑤ Ensures 50% Capacity During Maintenance of Any Edge Banding Machine.

Capacity: Approximately 720 panels per hour.
Cutting Workstation

Highlights of the Processing Center on Display:

● Order splitting generates production and processing information → MES local database → Barcode processing information generation → Automatic labeling machine → Rotating robot → Priority feeding of idle equipment → Queue feeding → Automatic cutting → Automatic unloading → Manual inspection.
The entire cutting workstation achieves automatic feeding, labeling, task queuing, cutting, and other processes.
The process is MES-centric, coordinating each machine to complete the cutting process.
The latest rotating robot feeding system developed by the company is compact, flexible, stable in operation, with high gripping force and positioning accuracy.
Most importantly, the full-panel suction solves the issue of scratching panels when using the cutting machine.
Our cantilever manipulator can directly send full panels into the cutting center for processing, providing excellent protection for high-gloss boards, PET, matte, and imported panels with high-end finishes.
Capacity: Approximately 320 panels per hour.
Drilling Workstation

Edge Banding Unit → Roller Buffer Line → Scanning to Obtain Processing Information → Allow Entry into Feeding Roller → Enter Equipment Waiting Area → Check if Equipment is Idle → Equipment Processing → Check if Discharge is Allowed → Discharge.

Features: 
① High-speed synchronous feeding device ensures stable and precise feeding, allowing panels to pass through in one go.
② Capable of performing six-sided drilling, slotting, and other process functions.
③ Interfaces with MES software to automatically recognize panel information and auto-position panels for processing.
④ Single or double workstation linkage: Small panels (≤650mm) enter the double workstation, while panels larger than 650mm are automatically recognized for the single workstation. Single workstation can also process smaller panels (≤650mm) when idle.
⑤ Minimum panel size: 250mm x 50mm.
