  • Two sets of dual grippers operate in alternating shuttle mode, achieving equipment utilization rates exceeding 92%. Compared to traditional equipment, effective processing time increases by over 50%.
  • Cycle-process: During machining, the two gripper sets follow each other, reducing drilling wait times and maximizing drilling set efficiency.
  • Upper spindle: 6KW , patented technology: simultaneously equipped with horizontal saw blade and vertical milling cutter, which can complete light wire groove and light strip groove processing.
  • The feeding grippers are equipped with a unique design that includes four positioning pins per gripper, ensuring greater stability when processing narrow strips.
  • Independent pneumatic system: Equipped with a dedicated air tank and booster pump, providing stable power exclusively to the drill sets and grippers to ensure consistent drilling depth.
  • High-rigidity machine bed structure: ensuring long-term geometric stability even under sustained heavy-load operations.
  • Simulation function is available to preview machining actions and prevent errors.
  • Big data analysis: The system tracks each drill bit's usage count. When the preset usage limit is reached, it will alert the operator to replace the drill bit.
  • Processing statistics: The system collects QR code data for each panel and tracks the start time, end time, total processing duration, and loading/unloading intervals, facilitating employee performance management.
  • Processed and pending files are clearly distinguished on the display, allowing operators to easily check for any missed panels.
  • Multi-axis CNC system with multi-channel technology: The machine pre-scans multiple pending panels while processing the current panel, lining them up to reduce scanning time. Simultaneously, unloading and processing are controlled via multichannel technology, allowing the gripper to quickly return to the loading position for the next panel as soon as the previous one is released.
Network-realized remote services for machine updates and backups. Bus communication technology provides detailed alarm information and seamless integration with MES system alarm interfaces.
