Steel wheels + steel wheels with glue cleaning scraper device + silicone wheels mode. Each steel wheel is equipped with a glue remover scraper, which is used to quickly remove the glue stuck on the pressing wheel; the silicone wheel makes the pressing more solid.

🟢Two-seat, three-motor quick flushing

One-touch switching between end flush and fast flush, consisting of one set of single track double flush and one set of single track single flush. Through the precision linear guide movement, it can quickly cut off the edge band, ensure the flat and smooth edge surface of the plate, achieve better edge sealing effect, and improve the production efficiency.

🟢Double trimming mechanism

Steel widening edge trimming vertical plate, thickness of edge band with digital display. The upper and lower edges of the edge band protrude from the upper and lower planes of the board and the excess edge band is trimmed into R-angle shape, so that the upper and lower edges of the edge band and the upper and lower surfaces of the board are flush and smooth.

🟢One-piece four-knife high-speed tracking

New tracking mechanism, heavy-duty thickened tracking support plate; rounding (chamfering) the edges of the boards to make the four corners of the boards smooth and beautiful.
