  • Siemens system + synchronous motor, fast response speed, stronger equipment stability and more cost saving.
  • Integrated rail seat, heavy-duty reinforced steel beam.
  • Heavy-duty base: Specially designed heavy-duty base, integrated “U”-shaped foundation, 20mm thick working platform, full-length integrated rail seat and machine base, formed in one piece, heat-treated and annealed. The rail's circular arc and flat surfaces are finely flame-hardened for excellent stability.
  • Heavy-duty high-strength steel beam: Compared with standard aluminum beams, the heavy-duty beam offers significantly enhanced rigidity and strength, ensuring superior stability during high-load operation.
  • Flexible pressing: Smooth and stable pressure during operation, resulting in more precise adhesion.
  • Heavy-duty lifting: Dedicated steel beam lifter, equipped with thickened lead screws and guide shafts, ensures precise vertical motion. The panel receives uniform pressure, resulting in better machining stability.   
  • Servo glue application: Uses Siemens servo motors for glue spreading, with servo control ensuring stable adhesive output.                      
  • Servo edge feeder: Siemens servo motors control the feeding of the edge band with high precision. Reduced edge band overlength lowers material costs, keeping pre-reserved edge band length within 5mm.
  • Adopts swinging-type pressing: Completely eliminates dragging and shifting issues.
  • Conveyor motor: 7.5kW high-efficiency reduced-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor provides powerful and stable load transmission.
Control system: Equipped with Siemens system, Siemens PLC electrical components, and Siemens inverters for more stable and smooth program operation, enhancing machining accuracy and reliability.
