- Fully enclosed frame structure; the bed is welded from high-strength structural steel plates, ensuring high strength and stability. The surface undergoes anti-rust treatment and is finished with high-temperature baked paint.
- Servo-driven system enables one-touch intelligent switching of edge banding thickness. This eliminates the need for tedious manual adjustments, significantly reduces machine setup time, and boosts production line efficiency.
- Servo Infeed Fence,servo-controlled adjustment of the infeed guide plate ensures precise control of the pre-milling depth.250mm lengthened feeding plate, flush with the guide plate, satisfy the requirement of long board sealing.
- A tape-out alarm system monitors the edge banding status in real time, effectively improving edge banding quality.
- Equipped with a 65-millimeter diamond pre-milling cutter and a diamond trimming cutter.
- Quick Change Gluing Unit that allows for rapid replacement of the glue pot, easily accommodating frequent changes between different glue colors. A spare glue pot is included as standard equipment, ensuring seamless operation with one in use and one on standby.
- Servo-pressing automatically and quickly positions the pressing point based on the edge banding thickness.
- Equipped with a swing-End cutting, featuring precise 0°/15° dual-angle adjustment. It flexibly adapts to different thin-edge materials.
- Servo-driven corner rounding: The template module can be fine-tuned according to the thickness of the edge banding, precisely matching different specifications.
- Trimming and scraping are equipped with hinge hole avoidance function, suitable for edging workpieces with 35mm hinge holes.
- Servo trimming + servo scraping, with independent servo drives; thickness changes can be switched with a single button press, requiring no manual intervention.
