Equipped with a high-power 6 kW upper spindle, the machine integrates a horizontal saw blade and a vertical milling cutter using proprietary patented technology, enabling it to complete complex milling operations—such as channels for lighting strips and LED strips—in a single pass, significantly improving processing efficiency. The upper drilling unit features a dedicated dust extraction system to address dust issues, while a proprietary pressure pump supplies independent air to the drilling unit to ensure consistent drilling depth. The dual-drilling-unit design allows for coordinated operation, accommodating panels of various sizes.
✅️Smart positioning adaptation for a hassle-free production process
The machine is equipped with an intelligent side-alignment system and an intelligent positioning device, featuring an intelligent angle error centering correction function. It can precisely position irregularly shaped panels, such as arcs and sectors, completely resolving the challenges associated with positioning such panels. Additionally, it is fitted with a pressure-stabilizing air tank to ensure consistent working pressure. The machine seamlessly integrates with various order-processing software and includes auxiliary functions such as automatic dimension marking, machining simulation, and zone-specific display, effectively preventing issues such as panel placement deviations, incorrect machining, and missed cuts.

Patented Spindle Technology

Patented tech: The upper spindle simultaneously carries a horizontal saw blade and a vertical milling cutter
One spindle for two different machining processes. The saw blade is suitable for side grooving, including light slot grooving.

Dual- linkage gripper

Two grippers are controlled by servo and the positioning is accurate. When the gripper moves quickly, the lower gripper plate sinks to avoid touching the panel.
The gripper has blowing function, which can blow off the dust on the gripper and avoid pinching the panel.

Intelligent upper positioning device

Equipped with diagonal centering positioning, the positioning of circular arc workpieces and banana-shaped workpieces is not affected.
Automatically measures panel width and corrects placement errors in a timely manner.
