Highly Efficient and Precise, Smart Cutting Technology, Empowering the Next Level of Sheet Material Processing
In the whole-home customization, panel furniture, and new panel material processing industries, the efficiency, precision, and stability of the cutting process directly determine production line capacity and finished product quality. Traditional panel cutting equipment is limited in functionality, cumbersome to adjust, and prone to significant errors, making it difficult to meet the modern processing demands for multiple specifications, high-volume production, and high precision.
HOLD, a leader in the CNC woodworking machinery sector, has launched the HP380GT dual-push-arm computerized panel saw. Featuring fully intelligent CNC configuration, an independent drive architecture, and a high-speed, stable transmission system, this machine addresses the pain points of traditional cutting while accommodating diverse processing scenarios, delivering ultra-high production efficiency and ultimate cutting precision, making it the preferred choice for intelligent panel cutting.
✅️Dual-Clamp, Independently Driven: Versatile Machining, Double the Efficiency
To meet production demands for staggered cutting of panels and simultaneous horizontal and vertical processing, the HP380GT is equipped with a 9+2-set independent drive system for primary and secondary clamping arms. This system easily enables simultaneous horizontal and vertical panel sawing and supports various modes, including staggered cutting of panels in multiple specifications and combined processing, completely breaking through the limitations of single-cut operations.
The machine’s auxiliary clamping arm offers a maximum processing width of 600 mm. Combined with the synchronized clamping design of the primary and auxiliary arms, it ensures secure clamping and synchronized positioning, significantly enhancing the continuity and speed of panel assembly sawing. This results in a dramatic increase in batch panel cutting efficiency, making it perfectly suited for high-frequency production scenarios on assembly lines.
✅️Servo-Driven Intelligent Adjustment: Precise Slotting with Customizable Parameters
To meet the demands of precision sheet material processing, the equipment is equipped with a dual-servo precision control system. The main saw and groove saw are independently servo-driven, ensuring precise adjustments and rapid response. The main saw supports intelligent servo-controlled height adjustment, with a standard maximum travel of 100 mm and an optional 120 mm. It allows for free adjustment of blade height, groove depth, and groove width, enabling various processing operations—such as grooving and precision cutting—with a single button press.
The groove saw is equipped with rapid centering and servo-controlled depth adjustment functions, eliminating the need for repeated manual calibration—saving time and effort while minimizing errors. It also features an intelligent adaptive system that allows the main saw to automatically adjust its height based on panel thickness and precisely position itself according to panel width, thereby reducing wasted travel. This ensures optimal cutting results while effectively improving cutting efficiency.
✅️Intelligent Pressure Beam Adaptation: Reduces Energy Consumption, Improves Efficiency, and Ensures Stable Output
The HP380GT features an innovative smart lifting beam that automatically adjusts its height in real time based on sheet thickness, eliminating energy loss from cylinder idle strokes. Compared to traditional equipment, overall cutting efficiency is improved by 25%, ensuring energy savings and high efficiency during long-term mass production while steadily increasing output.
The pressure beam is formed by bending and welding thickened steel plates and undergoes precision machining as a single unit. It offers high rigidity, is resistant to deformation and wear, and maintains stable pressure even after repeated cutting cycles. This ensures the flatness and consistency of multiple sheets being cut simultaneously, eliminating issues such as sheet misalignment and cutting deviations.
