- Heavy-duty machine frame: Specially designed heavy-duty machine frame with integrated “U”-shaped base, 20MM thick worktable, and continuous one-piece guide rail base, annealed and machined. The guide rail is mounted on the entire continuous one-piece guide rail base, with no unsupported sections, resulting in high stability.
- Heavy-duty elevated steel press beam: Compared to standard aluminum pressure beams, the heavy-duty elevated steel design significantly enhances rigidity and strength, ensuring stability during operations under high rigidity.
- Top presser by v-belt material handling: Ensures smooth, indentation-free workpiece positioning for superior edging result.
- Heavy-duty lifting: Equipped with a lead screw lifting mechanism combined with heavy-duty slide rails for precise vertical motion. This design delivers uniform pressure distribution on wood panels and enhanced processing stability.
- Notch Avoidance: Accommodates both standard edge banding and notch edge banding processes, with one-touch screen change over for rapid configuration changes.
- Gluing I & II: Features a servo-driven dual-color no-clean glue pot system and a servo-driven upper glue pot system.
- Equipped with Siemens servo motors with Servo control for precise glue application speed and uniform distribution.
- Sorvo tape feeding employs Siemens servo motors with Servo control for accurate tape feeding, reducing edge tape allowance and saving material costs.
- Horizontal end-cutter: Equipped with a linear motor drive for fast response, with processing speeds available up to 30m/min. Precise positioning shortens board spacing for efficient work, effectively preventing board damage and producing aesthetically pleasing edge banding cuts.
- Conveyor Motor: Features a 7.5kW planetary gear permanent magnet synchronous motor for smooth, powerful load transmission.
