- Extended feed plate and guide plate to accommodate door dimensions.
- Wood door edge heating unit ensures reliable adhesive bonding even in low ambient temperatures.
- Glue application: PUR no-clean glue pot + dual-color PUR glue machine.
- Five enlarged-diameter pressure rollers are designed to firmly press the edge banding onto the workpiece, accommodating the higher profile of wood door edge banding.
- Pneumatic two-stage trimming and scraping. Supports two different edge banding thicknesses, enabling effortless one-button switching between thick and thin bands to eliminate blade adjustment hassles.
- To handle the thick and heavy nature of wooden doors, dual-row gantry-style smooth-running rails are employed, ensuring stable panel edging and enhancing the finishing quality.
