- Fully intelligent servo control for any bevel height, with one-touch switching and foolproof operation.
- Servo pre-milling, servo edge-banding with grooving, servo glue application, and servo pressing can all be adjusted via the screen, eliminating the need for manual back-and-forth adjustments and improving work efficiency.
- Servo-driven pre-milling for profiling employs a combination of bevel chipping and profiling pre-milling to meet the processing needs of various panel materials and ensure precise dimensions of the machined surfaces.
- Servo-driven edge banding with grooving precisely controls the grooving depth to ensure that the corners and edges of beveled-straight edges form straight lines.
- The servo-driven integrated bevel-and-straight-edge gluing mechanism applies adhesive directly to the panel via an integrated glue pot, ensuring precise angles and easy adjustment.
- The servo-driven bevel-and-straight-edge pressing mechanism—which presses the beveled edge first, followed by the straight edge—eliminates the “blow-out” phenomenon at right angles.
- The conveyor uses a high-efficiency hard-tooth-surface reducer, delivering powerful performance.
