● Through-feed automatic infeed and outfeed; can be used as a standalone machine or in-line, with the fastest cycle time of 50 seconds per door for all four sides.
● Features one horizontal saw and two vertical saw structures.
● Saw blade group with guide saw to prevent edge chipping.
● Precise clamping and positioning with center alignment.
● Conveyor-based waste collection (edge and corner waste is transported out of the processing area via a conveyor belt).
● Fully automatic width adjustment with servo motor.
