The gantry suction cup picks up entire panels and feeds them individually; it can identify panel positions and automatically feed panels to whichever machine is idle, allowing the two cutting machines to process materials continuously in an alternating pattern. It can reliably grip even thin or slightly warped panels; the suction cups’ flexible handling prevents surface scratches on high-gloss and decorative panels. An optional high-profile machine design that requires no foundation excavation is available, reducing factory renovation costs. The stacking feeding system can store multiple large panels at once, minimizing the need for frequent replenishment.

Traditionally, two panel cutting machines require two operators; with Haode’s gantry-style loading workstation—which handles two machines simultaneously—a single operator can oversee the entire production line, performing loading, inspections, and basic maintenance. This ensures stable single-shift output, significantly reduces labor costs, and allows for a smooth handling of bulk panel production during peak order seasons.

Heavy-duty welded bed paired with high-performance servo drives. A high-power 9 kW spindle and a 12-tool in-line tool magazine with automatic tool changing enable one-pass processing for cutting, grooving, drilling, and milling—including handle-free and straightener groove operations. The zoned vacuum-assisted worktable securely holds the sheet material in place, preventing movement during high-speed cutting. This ensures smooth cut edges and consistent machining accuracy, meeting the quality requirements of high-end custom projects.

The integrated gantry loading design occupies less overall floor space compared to two separate loading and unloading panel cutting machines.
