For efficient and high-quality cutting, the key lies in the “control precision of the main saw.” The HOLD HP290D Smart Electronic Saw is equipped with a next-generation servo-driven lifting system for the main saw, completely upgrading traditional manual mechanical adjustments to fully automatic, servo-driven, intelligent, and adaptive lifting. By focusing on the performance of the main saw as the key breakthrough, it addresses industry challenges such as difficulty in adapting to different panel sizes, slow machine setup, poor cut surfaces, and low grooving accuracy, making it an essential tool for batch cutting in custom manufacturing facilities.

Unlike conventional electric saws with fixed strokes and mechanical limit adjustments, the HP290D main saw employs pure servo-driven precision height control with full CNC adjustment throughout the entire process, eliminating mechanical jamming and gear-based limitations, and maximizing flexibility, precision, and compatibility. The machine integrates a servo-driven grooving function into the main saw. There is no need to replace parts or perform secondary adjustments; groove depth and width can be freely adjusted directly through system parameter settings. The servo-driven fine-tuning offers extremely high precision, ensuring neat, straight grooves with uniform depth and no chipped edges or misalignment. This makes it perfectly suited for the custom processing of panels requiring grooving, enabling both sawing and grooving processes with a single machine and significantly improving equipment utilization.

This is the key intelligent feature that sets the HP290D apart from standard models: the main saw automatically senses the thickness of the board and adjusts its height accordingly. When processing boards of different thicknesses, the system automatically identifies the board thickness, eliminating the need for manual fine-tuning of the saw blade height and automatically selecting the optimal height with a single button press.

This completely eliminates the need for skilled operators, allowing even beginners to get up to speed quickly. It also eliminates errors caused by manual adjustments, ensuring that every cut achieves the best possible finish—with a smooth, burr-free, and chip-free surface—significantly improving the quality of the finished product.

✅️Smart positioning and coordination significantly reduce waste

Equipped with an intelligent positioning system for the main saw, the machine automatically calibrates the main saw’s position based on the board width, intelligently minimizing unnecessary travel.
